    Bath Cabinets Depot's team will process your order within 24-hours of receipt. You will get a confirmation email to let you know we have finished the processing.

    From here it depends on the manufacturer. The steps for each order include:

    • Manufacturer confirms order - This is how the manufacturer confirms with Bath Cabinets Depot all order details, inventory stock, shipping details, and contact information. If there is an issue at this step, we will notify you via email and arrive at a solution.
    • Shipping prep - This is when the manufacturer makes sure your order is complete, packaged and set for the trip. At this point, it is loaded onto the truck for shipment. Bath Cabinets Depot will forward you an email with your shipping details so you can track the order directly to your location.
    • Shipping - For larger orders, LTL carriers will call you prior to arrival. If your order is smaller, it may arrive via FedEx or another carrier. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number and details provided. Depending on where you are relative to their warehouse will affect the shipping time.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Backordered Items:

    From time to time a supplier may run out of inventory stock of a particular item. If an item you have purchased is out of stock, it is our policy to give you an option of pre-ordering the product for the next receipt of inventory. If you elect to pre-order we will process your method of payment in the same manner as an in-stock item. In some cases a manufacturer may, at their option, provide a discount for placing an order on a backordered item. When we confirm the ETA we will also inquire about the discount, and apply any offered discount at the time of purchase. This will allow us to reserve your item with the particular manufacturer. At this time we can provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of your item to the suppliers warehouse. (Please note this is an estimate, and is subject to change.) Once the item arrives, it will be shipped to you for delivery. Cancelling a pre-order purchase is subject to our order cancellation policies below. It is also subject to a 3% processing fee.

    Damages:

    It is the customers obligation to inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery directly on the Bill of Lading (BOL). You should also take pictures of the damage to the packaging and the product. In some cases, the manufacturer will want you to reject the delivery by the shipping company. We want to make sure your order arrives to you in damage free condition, but accidents do sometimes happen.

    It is important that you then notify us within 24-hours so we can put the manufacturer on notice so they may file a damage claim with the shipping company. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product may nullify your ability to receive a replacement product.

    Since we partner with several manufacturers to offer you our wide range of products, each has a specific procedure to insure any damaged products are replaced.     Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours (except for backorders) are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    In the case of order cancellations, the payment provider may or may not refund the processing fee. If the fee is not refunded by the payment provider, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the credit provided to the customer to the original form of payment.

    If an item is shown as "backordered," and you place an order, Bath Cabinets Depot will place the order on your behalf with the knowledge you intended to place the order on a backordered item, and then wait for its arrival.
