Fresca Shipping & Return Details
Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or FedEx/UPS (for smaller items). Prepaid LTL shipments are curbside delivery only, unless otherwise requested. Ship times vary upon final destination, however the average transit time is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-7 business days for the West Coast.RECEIVING SHIPMENT
If there is visible damage to your shipment, you will be required to inspect the package. Please make sure to note all damages on the Proof of Delivery receipt. If there are major visible damages please refuse the entire shipment. If only a minor part is damaged please accept and report all issues to Fresca immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from free replacement of parts.RETURN POLICY
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Dept. No returns will be accepted without an RMA issued by Fresca. To provide a refund or replacement, we need to fully inspect the unit. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date and it is the dealer/customer’s responsibility to return all items in new condition, meaning undamaged original packaging with product manuals. Once the returned item is received and verified to be in “new” condition, a full refund will be issued, minus the original freight charges and a 15% restocking fee (if applicable). All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA# issued date.WARRANTY
All Fresca products, with the exception of our faucets, carry a 3 year manufacturer’s limited warranty, which includes all bathroom vanities, sinks, storage/linen/medicine cabinets, mirrors, toilets, shower panels and bathroom accessories. If, under normal use and after proper installation by a licensed professional, a Fresca product should ever have a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Fresca will provide FREE OF CHARGE the parts necessary to resolve the issue, including a full replacement of the product if necessary, at the manufacturer’s discretion. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt from the original retailer, will be required for all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by non-Fresca parts will void this warranty.
All Fresca faucets come with a Limited Lifetime warranty, which covers the original consumer purchaser for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home, warranting that this faucet will be leak-free during normal use and all parts and finishes of same will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship. All other purchasers for industrial, commercial or business use are warranted for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This limited lifetime warranty is valid only for faucets purchased after June 1, 2015. All faucets purchased prior to June 1, 2015 will be covered under our previous three (3) year warranty.
This warranty covers the replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. Fresca will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair or replacement of any Fresca product. Furthermore, the manufacturer shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to the item. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.
Depending on the jurisdiction, some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, country to country. RGM Distribution will supply proper instructions on making warranty claims. All Fresca products are designed for indoor use only. Warranty is not transferable.
In order to fulfill parts requests, photos of the damaged/defective part or item may be required. Photos are necessary to determine resolution, and more importantly, to file damage claims with the shipping company. If photos cannot be submitted for any reason, the damaged/defective part must be shipped to our warehouse, at the customer’s expense. The part will then be carefully inspected and then necessary action will be taken based on the inspection, including full reimbursement of all expenses if necessary. Any issues with missing parts must be reported to Fresca within 48 hours. All Fresca parts orders carry a 90 day limited warranty.
